Do not jump into the month head first.
Before you get into your normal routine, evaluate your life. Do some self-assessments. Get a life plan together.
Figure out what you want to happen not just this next month but this year. What do you want to accomplish? Is there anything you want to improve?
August is all about assessing and affirming.
Assessing your growth and affirming your mind.
Dedicate some think for self-assessment.
It's important to assess so that you can acknowledge the past as well as your current point, but it's equally important to affirm afterward.
Once you complete your self-assessment and determine what your target areas for growth, change, and productivity, create affirmations for those areas/things.
After my self-assessment, I realized that I need to work on my confidence.
I then begin to create affirmations, to affirm my self-esteem, worth, strength, and power.
Affirmations for the Week:
I am strong.
I am powerful.
I am able.
I am talented.
I am blessed.
I am highly favored.
I am a magnet for miracles.
I am good enough.
I am reaching my full potential.
I am loved and admired.
