Paying attention to what you feed your mind spiritually, emotionally, and physically is important because it affects your self consciousness, the decisions you make and your overall mental health and well being. Affirmations are statements that you write or say, which helps you to challenge and overcome negative thoughts. Affirmations are so powerful because if you say them repeatedly you begin to manifest them into your brain, eventually you will begin to believe them. 


Nurture your mind by writing affirmations that will manifest positivity and growth in your life.
